The Full Winter/Chilly Weather Setup (Shell + Liner + Hood): Worn completely assembled with the insulated liner buttoned in and the hood attached. This provides maximum warmth and wind protection.
The Transitional Light Shell (Shell Only): You completely unbutton and remove the inner liner. This leaves you with a lightweight, breathable cotton-nylon oxford work jacket or chore coat silhouette—perfect for spring or early autumn. You can keep or remove the hood based on your style.
The Standalone Liner (Liner Only): The inner piece is finished so that it can be worn independently as its own lightweight, collarless jacket or cardigan-style layering piece over a t-shirt or button-down.
