Inspired by WWII-era British desert trench coats, this piece updates the classic design with features like a soft cashmere and wool blend collar instead of a coarse melton wool one, while retaining original details such as leather trimmed buttonholes. Featuring semi-raglan sleeves, and a waxed cotton body from Halley Stevenson, offering a different hand feel compared to the traditional, sticky wax found on classic wax jackets. The Halley Stevenson waxed cotton will also develop a strong patina similar to vintage garments over time, while keeping its water repellent qualities. In short, this is a super cool coat... and don't forget to get the matching liner!
