DESCRIPTION
Linen washi is a Japanese-woven fabric that mixes linen yarn with yarn spun from washi, the traditional Japanese paper. In James Coward’s version the linen runs lengthwise (the warp) and the washi runs crosswise (the weft). What does that mean? It breathes well, wicks moisture and dries fast. It also doesn’t cling to the body. Basically everything you could want in a fabric. But Jonathan, WHAT ABOUT THE FIT? It's an overshirt people. It's oversized, boxy and relaxed in the body, but unlike the Workshop and Travail shirts it’s pulled in at the bottom by a waistband. Basically you can wear this over a shirt OR over a t-shirt. Now that my friends is versatility at it's finest.
